Audio Mastering

Analog Mastering Tools (Click Here for digital mastering tools)
I've known and admired George Massenburg for many years. His company, GML, is world renowned for making the most transparent and highest quality signal processors possible. George's decades of experience and research have created the most transparent mic pres and EQs possible. It is with great pleasure that we represent this incredible line of analog signal processors that match perfectly with the other high quality equipment we represent, and our belief in bringing the highest quality sound and reliability to our customers. --Brad Lunde

GML 9500
GML 9500
The 9500 is the mastering version of the 8200.
This IS the best analog EQ of all time, and perhaps the EQ of any type, analog or digital
.
Dual-mono in operation requiring two outboard 8355 power supplies, it includes fully detented controls for absolute precision and repeatability. It features 1/2db steps of boost and cut, and 24 frequency choices per band. It is a powerful EQ, one that has made the difference to countless mastering engineers and become a legendary device.

The GML 9500 is MY sound. Don't tell anyone about it please!

GML 2030 Mastering Dynamic Gain Control

The Model 2030 Mastering Dynamic Gain Control is a precise tool for mastering and other critical applications where the utmost in control, flexibility, and transparency is demanded. Based on the proven GML Series III control and audio architecture, this no-compromise dynamic range controller continues the GML engineering tradition and expands familiar Model 8900 capabilities, including multi-channel operation.

The S3 all tube multiband compressor!

Drawmer S3

The new S3 Stereo Three Band Optical Compressor incorporates the very latest in Ivor Drawmer designs and the aim from the very beginning was to create a ‘no technical compromise’ circuit using only the highest grade components. The S3 forms the basis of a ‘Signature Series’ and offers previously unattainable control and tonality over each of the three bands - gain control at each stage provides precise spectral balancing.

The benefits of multi-band processing, with the ability to apply different parameters to different sections of the audio bandwidth have been apparent to sound engineers for quite some time. However, ‘locking in’ your audio to any one specific multi-band unit can vastly reduce the creative options. The desired combination of processing to deal with low frequency energy, the vocal mid range and high frequency detail and enhancement is not necessarily available from any one manufacturer.

The Drawmer THREE-SUM opens up a whole new set of options allowing the engineer to split the audio into two or three bands and apply his or her own sonic signature to each part of the audio bandwidth.
